Do I have to pay before I receive my order?
Yes, because we are only a production company and you are purchasing our creative, we require that all orders are paid in full before starting on production. We do allow orders of $3000 or more to pay half in advance and the rest after receiving order. All orders below $3000 must pay in advance.
We accept a copy of a faxed check or a credit card. All sales and production are final. No refunds or credits will be granted. A revision charge does apply for any revisions that are requested after production.Top
Does The Car Ad Store handle my co-op or compliance?
The Car Ad Store only provides creative and production. We are not responsible for state advertising laws, compliance, or co-op able materials. The dealer is responsible for all content being complaint or legal before submitting to The Car Ad Store for production.Top
